A process for simultaneously manufacturing red wine and white wine by using geubong(grape with big kernel) grape is provided to save the manufacturing costs by performing a separation process of the raw materials for preparing red wine and white wine simultaneously. A process for simultaneously manufacturing red wine and white wine by using geubong(grape with big kernel) grape comprises a step(S10,S20) for washing geubong, removing the stem of geubong and smashing the flesh and skin of geubong; a step(S30,S40,S50) for separating the smashed flesh and skin of geubong and putting them in a respective container; a step for measuring the weight of the flesh, skin and fruit juice filled in containers; a step for putting the flesh and skin removed with the fruit juice in a red wine fermentor; a step(S140) for putting the fruit juice in a white wine fermentor; and a step for manufacturing the red wine and white wine at the same time by aging them at a constant temperature.
