PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for immediately manufacturing fine particles having desired components with a predetermined particle diameter in a closed system.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing fine particles includes: a reaction vessel 10 a filter 20 which divides the interior of the reaction vessel 10 into a first chamber 10-1 and a second chamber 10-2, having holes with a predetermined aperture a liquid inlet 11 disposed at the first chamber 10-1 a fine particle outlet 13 disposed at the second chamber 10-2 and a lid 33 which blocks the outlet 13.
