PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid evaporation device, in which the contact area of liquid to ion wind may be increased and the liquid is evaporated by ion wind to the outside so that negatively charged liquid fine particles generated may be efficiently discharged to the outside.SOLUTION: A liquid evaporation device 1 evaporates liquid using ion wind generated by corona discharge so as to generate negatively charged liquid fine particles and discharge them to the outside. Downward ion wind 7 generated by the corona discharge between a needle electrode 15 and a lower cylindrical electrode 16 is changed to upward ion wind 10 by guiding with a container bottom 6 having a curved surface, and the upward ion wind 10 is allowed to flow along a liquid evaporation plate 13 made of a porous material that holds the liquid by suction. The downward ion wind 7 may be smoothly changed to the upward ion wind 10 without resistance, and the contact area between the ion wind and the liquid may be increased, thus the liquid may be efficiently evaporated and the negatively charged liquid fine particles may be discharged to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体のイオン風への接触面積を増大でき、イオン風により液体を蒸散させることで生成されるマイナスに帯電した液体微粒子を効率良く外部に放出可能な液体蒸散装置を提供すること。【解決手段】液体蒸散装置１は、コロナ放電によるイオン風を利用して、液体を蒸散させてマイナスに帯電した液体微粒子を生成して外部に放出する。針電極１５と下側円筒電極１６の間のコロナ放電によって形成される下向きイオン風７を、湾曲面からなる容器底面６によって案内して上向きイオン風１０に変更すると共に、上向きイオン風１０を、液体を吸引保持している多孔質素材からなる液体蒸散板１３に沿って流す。下向きイオン風７を抵抗なく上向きイオン風１０に円滑に変更でき、イオン風と液体の接触面積を増大できるので、効率良く、液体を蒸散させてマイナスに帯電した液体微粒子を外部に放出できる。【選択図】図１
