Disclosed is an aqueous solution comprising an anti-C5 antibody at a concentration of 40 mg/mL to 200 mg/mL, wherein the solution comprises: (i) histidine at a concentration of between 20 mM and 50 mM, inclusive of 20 mM and 50 mM； (ii) serine at a concentration of between 30 mM and 100 nM, inclusive of 30 mM and 100 mM； (iii) sorbitol at a concentration of 0.1% to 5% (w/v), inclusive of 0.1% to 5% (w/v)； and (iv) at least 1% (w/v) mannitol. Also disclosed is the use of the said solution in treating a patient afflicted with a complement associated disorder.
