PURPOSE: An agricultural product assorting apparatus including a tray cleaning unit is provided to cleanly wash dirt from trays by rotating the trays when the apparatus is not assorting agricultural products.CONSTITUTION: An agricultural product assorting apparatus comprises the following: a washing unit(100) installed on one side of a main body(11) for washing trays(12) rotating both sides of the main body for assorting agricultural products a steam spraying nozzle(110) supplying steam to the trays an air spraying nozzle(120) supplying high-pressure air to the tray a hot-air duct(130) removing the moisture from the tray a washing plate for fixing the steam spraying nozzle and the air spraying nozzle a rotation unit(150) for selectively lifting the washing plate a rotary shaft installed on the upper side of the main body for integrating a frame extended from the washing plate a link stand combined to the rotary shaft and an actuator for selectively rotating the rotary shaft.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012선별작업을 하지 않는 시간에 트레이를 순환시키면서 트레이에 묻어 있는 오물들을 깨끗이 세척할 수 있는 선별장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 선별장치는 순환되는 트레이를 향해 스팀을 공급하는 스팀분사노즐과, 스팀분사노즐의 후위에 위치하여 스팀이 분사된 트레이에 고압의 에어를 공급하는 에어분사노즐과, 에어분사노즐의 후위에 위치하여 트레이의 물기를 제거하는 열풍덕트를 포함하여 구성된다. 이때, 스팀분사노즐 및 에어분사노즐은 세척판에 고정되며, 세척판의 뒤쪽 본체에는 세척작업을 할때나 하지 않을때에 세척판을 선택적으로 들어올리거나 내려주는 회동수단이 더 포함될 수 있다. 회동수단은 세척판에서 연장된 프레임이 일체로 결합되도록 본체의 상부면상에 설치되는 회동축과, 회동축에 돌출되도록 일체로 결합되는 링크대와, 링크대에 신축되는 로드가 결합되어 회동축을 선택적으로 돌려주는 엑츄에이터를 포함하여 구성됨이 바람직하다.
