PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sivelestat pharmaceutical preparation capable of being stably dissolved in injection water regardless of production lots of sivelestat, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided a pharmaceutical preparation including a lyophilized product of a solution containing sivelestat, disodium hydrogen phosphate, and an anti precipitant, and a method for producing the same. The anti precipitant is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of sodium carbonate and aqueous ammonia. The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention can prevent generation of undesirable precipitation during preparation production and generation of insoluble materials when dissolved in injection water or the like caused by the difference between production lots of sivelestat to be used.
