PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation having sivelestat with higher stability, for instance, capable of suppressing possible generation of analogs by decomposition of sivelestat immediately after being dissolved into a solvent for use and preventing generation of undesirable precipitation during preparation production and generation of insoluble materials when dissolved in injection water or the like, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation is provided including a lyophilized product of a solution containing sivelestat, pyrophosphoric acid or a salt thereof, and disodium hydrogen phosphate. The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention, for instance, suppresses generation of sivelestat analogs when used as an injection agent and has excellent solubility in a solvent such as injection water. Therefore, it is useful as a preparation with higher stability of sivelestat for improving an acute lung injury accompanied with a systemic inflammatory response syndrome.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 シベレスタットの安定性を高め、例えば、使用のために溶媒に溶解した直後から生じ得るシベレスタットの分解による類縁物質の生成を抑制し、かつ製剤製造途中の所望でない沈殿の発生や注射用水等に溶解する際の不溶物の発生を防止し得る医薬製剤およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 シベレスタットと、ピロリン酸またはその塩と、リン酸水素二ナトリウムとを含む溶液の凍結乾燥物を含有する、医薬製剤を開示する。本発明の医薬製剤は、例えば、注射剤として使用する際のシベレスタットの類縁物質の生成を抑制し、かつ注射用水等の溶媒に対し優れた溶解性を奏する。このことにより、シベレスタットの安定性を高めた、全身性炎症反応症候群に伴う急性拝承外の改善に供する製剤として有用である。【選択図】 なし
