A coolant device comprises a casing, a radiator unit which is attached to the casing and to a circulatory path wherethrough a coolant fluid circulates and which externally discharges heat from the coolant fluid, and a fan unit which is housed in the casing and which creates an air flow in the periphery of the radiator unit.
