PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gummy candy prevented from moisture transition to a sugar coat layer from gummy occurring when coating the gummy with sugar alcohol, prevented from peel-off of the sugar coat layer occurring when an oil and fat layer is formed between the gummy and the sugar coat layer for preventing the moisture transition, and also prevented from oil immersion due to acidulant.SOLUTION: The gummy candy is structured as follows: three layers of first to third layers are formed around a center layer made of gummy in order from inside the first layer and the third layer comprise sugar coat layers consisting mainly of sugar the second layer comprises an oil-and-fat layer consisting mainly of oil and fat the sugar coating layer as the third layer consists mainly of sugar alcohol the oil-and-fat layer as the second layer contains at least either one of vitamin C or fumaric acid as the acidulant.
