To provide an oil/fat-coated powder sugar that has a low hygroscopic property and an excellent temperature tolerance property in distribution process, adhesion to food and handleability.SOLUTION: The oil/fat coated powdered sugar of the present invention comprises a powder sugar and an oil/fat-coated layer adhered to the surface of the powder sugar and in which the oil/fat-coated layer comprises an inner side coating layer containing an oil/fat having a melting point of 50 to 70°C and an outer side coating layer containing an oil/fat having a melting point of 40 to 50°C in an order of close from the powdered sugar.
