PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound coating agent, upon its use, capable of coating a wound and further capable of positively improving the coated wound, and a sheet for wound coating capable of pasting the wound coating agent to a wound part by a simple operation.SOLUTION: Provided is a wound coating agent comprising: a base sheet made of an elastic material and formed with a plurality of through holes； an adhesive auxiliary layer formed on one side of the base sheet peelably； an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the other side of the base sheet； and a plurality of particle powders arranged on the surface of the side opposite to the base sheet side of the adhesive layer, in which a plurality of the particle powders include bioactive substance.
