PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable absorbent article capable of improving diffusion of excretory fluid and hardly causing the absorbed excretory fluid to return to the skin.SOLUTION: The disposable absorbent article includes an absorbent article body 2 including a top sheet 3, a backside sheet 4, and an absorber 5. The absorbent article body 2 comprises, along the longitudinal direction, one part 6, a central part 7, and the other part 8. The absorber has an upper-layer absorber 13 and a lower-layer absorber 14. The upper-layer absorber 13 has an upper-layer aperture part 15. The upper-layer aperture part 15 includes upper-layer end-part apertures 17 provided on the one part 6 and the other part 8, and an upper-layer central aperture 18 provided at the central part 7. The lower-layer absorber 14 includes lower-layer grooves 16 provided to overlap with the upper-layer end-part apertures 17 and the upper-layer central aperture 18. A fluid passing part 24 is formed of the lower-layer grooves 16 in the longitudinal direction at least between the upper-layer end-part apertures 17 and the upper-layer central aperture 18.
