The present invention discloses a linking back plate of a waist protection belt. The waist protection belt consists of two webbing connected with each other by a Velcro strap, and arranged with a first end linking unit and a second end linking unit respectively at two ends. The linking back plate is partially overlappingly arranged between the first end linking unit and the second end linking unit, wherein the linking back plate includes a substrate, a first lateral linking unit arranged on the substrate for being correspondingly linked with the first end linking unit through a first linking wire, and a second lateral linking unit arranged on the substrate and adjacent to the first lateral linking unit for being correspondingly linked with the second end linking unit through a second linking wire.
