A hyperthermia needling device for electromagnetic hyperthermia therapy is provided. The hyperthermia needling device can generate heat based on changes of induced magnetic field. The hyperthermia needling device comprises a substrate, a plurality of hyperthermia needles, a backplate and a plurality of fixed components. Each of the hyperthermia needles has an acupuncture segment extending through the substrate, and a radially enlarged segment abutting a top surface of the substrate. The backplate is seated on the radially enlarged segments of the hyperthermia needles. The fixed components are detachably installed between the substrate and the backplate so as to permit the substrate and the backplate to clamp the hyperthermia needles. Through the design of the detachable structure, the hyperthermia needling device can facilitate maintenance, cleaning and replacement of each of the components, thereby preventing dirt from accumulating in access gaps among the components and the whole hyperthermia needling device from becoming waste due to damage.
