PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored boron nitride particle powder capable of obtaining a composition whose uniform dispersion in the composition is made possible and color unevenness (color tone ununiformity) is reduced by suppressing the desorption of iron-based oxide from the particle surfaces.SOLUTION: Provided is colored boron nitride particle powder in which iron-based oxide is stuck to the particle surfaces, in which, though the particle size is high in such a manner that the average particle diameter (D50) is 1 to 18 μm, since its BET specific surface area value is 6 m2/g or higher and a peak showing iron based oxide being a single substance in X ray diffraction spectrum, the colored boron nitride particle powder in which the desorption of the iron-based oxide from the surfaces of the particles is reduced and uniform dispersion in the composition is possible can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、粒子表面からの鉄系酸化物の脱離を抑えることにより、組成物中での均一な分散が可能となり、色ムラ(色調不均一)の少ない組成物を得ることができる着色窒化ホウ素粒子粉末に関する。【解決手段】 粒子表面に鉄系酸化物が固着した窒化ホウ素粒子粉末からなり、平均粒子径(D50)が1~18μmと粒子サイズが大きいにもかかわらず、BET比表面積値が6m2/g以上であって、X線回折スペクトルにおいて鉄系酸化物を示すピークが単一物質であることにより、粒子表面からの鉄系酸化物の脱離が少なく、組成物中での均一な分散が可能な着色窒化ホウ素粒子粉末を得ることができる。【選択図】 なし
