PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus enabling improvement in operability related to imaging.SOLUTION: The mobile X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray movable diaphragm and a diaphragm handle. The X-ray tube generates X-rays. The X-ray movable diaphragm has a mechanism for adjusting an exposure field of the X-rays generated by the X-ray tube. The diaphragm handle is connected to the X-ray movable diaphragm so that grip parts for operating the X-ray movable diaphragm part are located at not less than three portions of a rotary shaft of the X-ray movable diaphragm in the X-ray movable diaphragm.
