The inventive implant injector (10) consists of a folding cartridge (12) containing an injectable implant, a cartridge comprising an implant injection cannula and the axially connecting radial excrescence, and an injection mechanism (14) comprising a tube-shaped body (16) provided with the cartridge (12) attaching means which are arranged on the end thereof and comprise a slot (26), which is embodied in the tube-shaped body (16) and is provided, on the end thereof open to a tube (20) end, with a narrow passage (26A) extended by a shaped elongated hole which makes it possible to carry out a bayonet connection between the cartridge (12) and the tube-shaped body (16).
