PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation-type automatic fish egg processing device which allows the entire fish eggs to be evenly seasoned through an automated taking-out operation of seasoned fish eggs within a short time and improves the manufacturing efficiency of seasoned fish eggs with consistent quality through an automated debris removal operation for removing debris from seasoned fish eggs in a short time.SOLUTION: The agitation-type automatic fish egg processing device includes: an agitator 2 which automatically agitates the fish eggs fed in a processing liquid together with the liquid so as to apply a predetermined processing to the fish eggs a conveyor device 4 partially immersed in the liquid in the agitator so as to automatically taking the processed fish eggs out and a debris removing device 6 which suctions the debris generated in the liquid together with the liquid during agitation of the fish eggs together with the liquid in the agitator so as to automatically remove the debris.
