PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the excessive oscillation of an oscillating plate and the transmission of the excessive oscillation to respective members, which constitute an exclusive driving device, to reduce noise generated from a fluid-conveying device.SOLUTION: The exclusive driving device 101 includes at least a fixing member part 105 and an oscillation-generating means 103, and these are provided in the inside of a housing 101a which constitutes the external part of the exclusive driving device 101. The shape of the housing 101a is not limited to a specific one, and an approximately box-shaped one, for example, is preferable. The housing 101a has a driving chamber 102 in the inside of which various kinds of members can be provided. The driving chamber 102 is constituted with: a pressure chamber 104 in which a fluid conveyed as a vortex ring is diffused and a backside chamber 106 in which the oscillation-generating means 103 is provided. The pressure chamber 104 is partitioned from the backside chamber 106 by the fixing member part 105 and a supporting member 18.
