PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minoxidil-containing hair lotion containing a minoxidil-containing hair lotion having good combing. It has been found that by blending a higher alcohol, a lotion containing minoxidil can be easily combed. That is, it is a lotion agent characterized by containing minoxidil, a higher alcohol, a pH adjusting agent, and a lower alcohol in an amount of more than 20 w/v %. As the pH adjuster, at least one selected from the group consisting of an inorganic acid or a salt thereof, an organic acid having 6 or less carbon atoms and a salt thereof is preferable.
