PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minoxidil-containing lotion with a good combing property in a minoxidil-containing hair growing agent.SOLUTION: The inventors have found out that a minoxidil-containing lotion with a good combing property can be obtained by blending a higher alcohol. Specifically, this invention provides a lotion which comprises minoxidil, a higher alcohol, a pH adjusting agent and 20 w/v% or more of a lower alcohol.
