The upper housing comprises an upper bottom housing and an upper middle housing that are fixed via screws and an upper surface housing (1) detachably fixed with the upper middle housing. An avoidance hole is provided at the middle part of the upper surface housing (1). The miniature massager also comprises an enclosing housing (4) enclosing the avoidance hole.
