ANTIBODY MEASUREMENT METHOD USING ANTIGEN-CARRYING INSOLUBLE CARRIER PARTICLES ON WHICH ANTIGEN IS IMMOBILIZED BY DIFFERENT METHODS, AND REAGENT FOR ANTIBODY MEASUREMENT
The present invention addresses the problem of increasing the range of usability of latex or other insoluble carrier particles on which an antigen is supported in antibody measurement, and particularly to provide a means for obtaining good measurement results even when a mixture of a plurality of substances such as microorganism-derived lysates are supported, and the present invention provides an antibody measurement method characterized by comprising bringing a liquid containing insoluble carrier particles containing both insoluble carrier particles on which a predetermined antigen is supported by physical adsorption and insoluble carrier particles on which the antigen is supported by chemical bonding into contact with a sample separated from an organism potentially containing a target antibody, and detecting agglutination of the carrier particles by an antigen-antibody reaction of the antigen supported on the carrier particles and the target antibody in the sample.
