The present invention is about a mobile seat with auxiliary device including mobile base、position limiting frame and seat. The mobile base is composed of base body、motor、screw and sliding block. The base body is equipped with the motor which can drive the screw rotating. The sliding block bolts with the screw so it can slide up and down along the screw. The position limiting frame is composed of frame body and limit switch group. The frame body is beside the screw. The frame body equipped with the limit switch group. The limit switch group connect with the motor. So when the sliding block triggers the limit switch while sliding, the limit switch can turn off the motor to let the sliding block stops sliding. The seat couples with the sliding block. The seat also has the control switch which can control the motor. Thus, the sliding block can drive the seat ascending or descending when it slides along the screw.
