PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument capable of being used in combination with an occludator to which upper and lower jaw models (an occlusion model) can be installed, and capable of measuring the contact point of the teeth of a patient (termed "occlusion contact") upon occlusion technologically accurately.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional occlusal contact measuring device includes: a support shaft installed in a direction that expresses the vector direction upon the occlusion in relation to the upper and lower jaw models obtained from the patient a horizontal scale on which a scale that shows the angle of a horizontal direction is displayed a vertical scale on which a scale that shows the angle in a vertical direction is displayed an occlusion point indicator that indicates the occlusion point of the upper and lower jaw model held by the occludator a vertical angle indicator that is installed on the same axis as the occlusion point indicator and turns with the turn of the occlusion point indicator to indicate an angle scale of the vertical scale and a horizontal angle indicator that turns with the turn of the occlusion point indicator in a horizontal plane to direct an angle index on the horizontal scale.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】上下顎模型(咬合模型)を取り付けることのできる咬合器と組み合わせて使用することが可能で、患者の咬合時における歯の接触点(「咬合コンタクト」という)を工学的に正確に測定することができる測定器具を提供すること。【解決手段】患者から採取した上下顎模型に関連して咬合時のベクトル方向を表現する方向に設けられた支持軸と、水平方向の角度を表す目盛が表示された水平目盛板と、縦方向の角度を表す目盛が表示された垂直目盛板と、咬合器に保持された上下顎模型の咬合点を指示する咬合点指針と、該咬合点指針と同軸上に設けられ該咬合点指針の回動とともに回動して前記垂直目盛板の角度目盛を指示する垂直角度指針と、前記咬合点指針の水平面内における回動と共に回動し、前記水平目盛板上の角度目盛を指示する水平角度指針とを備える。【選択図】図1
