A method of transferring an occlusal relationship to an articulator without using a facebow includes a step that combines digital upper and lower teeth models of a person with a digital jawbone model of the person to form a digital teeth jawbone model, a step that produces a digital occlusal relationship transfer module that between the digital upper and lower teeth models of the digital teeth jawbone model and a virtual articulator, and a step that makes a real occlusal relationship transfer module from the digital occlusal relationship transfer module and mounts the real occlusal relationship transfer module on the articulator. The method is capable of precisely transferring the occlusal relationship of upper and lower jaws to the articulator with no need of the facebow, hence resolving the problem of inconvenience that a patient must go to the hospital in person thus a doctor can transfer the occlusal relationship of upper and lower jaws to the articulator.
