PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for producing a fruit product, and methods for producing fruit syrup and fruit wine using the kit with which a delicious fruit product can be obtained in a short time by extracting a large amount of tasty components from fruits.SOLUTION: The producing kit 1 includes a sealed container 4 for pickling, frozen fruits 6 stored in the sealed container 4, and saccharides 8 stored in the sealed container 4. The method for producing fruit syrup using the kit 1 for producing the fruit product includes storing and leaving the frozen fruits 6 and the saccharides 8 in the sealed container 4 to defrost the frozen fruits 6 to thereby obtain fruit syrup.
