The berries with outer seed coat has a pulp part impregnated with the sauce. The berries with outer seed coat impregnated with the sauce has a piercing strength of 15 to 30 g. The sauce is blended with thickening polysaccharides and has a viscosity of 0.5 to 5 Pa s (product temperature: 20°C) and a sugar content of 21 to 45%.
