The present invention relates to a gypsum air freshener capable of emitting fragrances. The air freshener includes a base forming material, alcohol, oil, and a colorant. The base forming material includes: a predetermined amount of gypsum powder having a predetermined particle size a rice paper liquid prepared by soaking a predetermined amount of rice paper in a predetermined amount of water and a predetermined amount of cosmetic cotton. The refillable gypsum air freshener absorbs fragrances, emits the absorbed fragrances to the air for a predetermined period, and is filled with new air freshener refill products having different fragrances repeatedly when the amount of fragrances being emitted decreases in order to emit identical or different fragrances in a semi-permanent basis.
