PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-blowing processing device that is convenient for the operation of removing soil and the like or adjustment operations when shipping farm products such as garlics and that prevents scattered matter such as dust from splashing around. SOLUTION: The air-blowing processing device 10 includes: a working space S for allowing the subject A, which is a subject to be processed with compressed-air blowing, to receive a blowing processing; a first injection unit 1 for injecting compressed air into the working space S; a shield unit 3 provided in such a way as to shield at least a portion of the working space S for preventing separated matter B produced by the blowing processing from scattering; a transmission structure 4T provided in a floor part 4 of the working space S for allowing the separated matter B to be transmitted in the direction of a flow passage unit 5; a flow passage unit 5 joined to the transmission structure 4T; a discharge pipe 6 joined to the flow passage unit 5 for discharging the separated matter B; a second injection unit 2 provided on the upstream side of the discharge pipe 6 for injecting compressed air; and a compressed air generation unit 9 for feeding compressed air into the first injection unit 1 and the second injection unit 2.
