Disclosed herein is a sealed blister pack including a pharmaceutical composition in a depression of the blister pack, said pharmaceutical composition including a matrix carrying a pharmaceutically active ingredient, and including levan as a matrix forming agent, wherein said pharmaceutical composition is obtained by introducing a unit dosage quantity of a liquid preparation including the pharmaceutically active ingredient and the matrix forming agent in a solvent into the depression and subliming the solvent from the liquid preparation.
