The objective of the present invention is to provide a composition for uniform aqueous suspension having ceramide (sphingoglycolipid), and a method for producing same, wherein a chemically synthesized surfactant is not added. This sphingoglycolipid composition contains both sphingoglycolipid and collagen peptide at a weight ratio of collagen peptide:sphingoglycolipid=99:1 to 25:75, and has excellent dispersibility into water.
