PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device capable of arresting hemorrhage of a puncture hole in a short time, while reducing a burden of a patient.SOLUTION: A usage of the hemostatic device includes: inserting a hemostatic device 1 from a body surface 61a to the inside of a blood vessel 63 oppressing a lower end 63a of the puncture hole by a second expansion body 31 expanded inside the blood vessel 63 retracting an outer catheter 2 so as to expose a procoagulant part 4 to the inside of the puncture hole 64 and expose a first expansion body 21 to the body surface 61a oppressing a puncture hole upper end 64b by the first expansion body 21 expanded on the body surface 61a to cause the first expansion body 21 and the second expansion body 31 to close the puncture hole 64 and retaining the blood in the puncture hole 64: and promoting the coagulation by bringing the blood in the puncture hole 64 into contact with the procoagulant part 4 to form a thrombus 65, thereby arresting the hemorrhage of the puncture hole 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の負担を軽減しつつ短時間で穿刺孔の止血をすることができる止血デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】止血デバイス1を体表61aから血管63内にまで挿入し、血管63内で拡張させた第2拡張体31で穿刺孔下端部63aを圧迫し、アウターカテーテル2を後退させることで凝固促進部4を穿刺孔64内に露出させると共に第1拡張体21を体表61aに露出させ、体表61aで拡張させた第1拡張体21で穿刺孔上端部64bを圧迫することで、第1拡張体21と第2拡張体31が共に穿刺孔64を閉鎖して穿刺孔64内に血液を滞留させて、穿刺孔64内の血液が凝固促進部4に触れて凝固が促進されることで血栓65となり、穿刺孔64の止血をする。【選択図】図10
