The present invention relates to an animal model system enabling the investigation of paternal attentiveness of a male mouse, by using, as a mate, a female mouse from which phospholipase Cβ1 gene is knocked out. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mating system enabling the investigation, in various male mice, on a response associated with an increase in compensational paternal attentiveness induced by maternal attentiveness disorder of the knock-out female mice. According to the genetic animal model of the present invention, it is possible to provide a ″bad mother″ (or a neglecting mother) environment required for the biological investigation on paternal attentiveness in non-biparental species, without artificial manipulation such as chemical treatment or isolation.본 발명은 포스포리파제Cβ1 (Phospholipase Cβ1) 유전자가 녹-아웃(knock-out)된 암컷 생쥐를 배우자로 이용하여, 수컷 생쥐의 부성행동 (paternal attentiveness)을 검증할 수 있는 동물모델 체계로서, 구체적으로 녹-아웃(knock-out) 암컷생쥐의 모성행동 장애에 의해 유도되는 보상적(compensational) 부성행동 증가 반응을 다양한 수컷 생쥐에서 검증할 수 있도록 하는 교접 체계이다. 따라서 본 발명의 유전적 동물모델은 비양친성 종(non-biparental species)에서 부성행동 (paternal attentiveness)의 생물학을 연구하는 데에 필요한 “나쁜 엄마”(bad mother, neglecting mother) 환경을 인위적 조작(약물 처리, 격리 등) 없이 제공할 수 있다.
