A novel extra-high-voltage direct current transformer bushing structure, mainly applied to voltage levels of ±500 kV and above, and having the following main differences compared with a conventional direct current bushing: a conventional capacitive bushing voltage-sharing capacitive screen is simplified to be a high voltage electrode (1), an intermediate electrode (2), and a grounding electrode (3); an integrated external insulation of the conventional bushing is changed into a split external insulation, and resistance wires are uniformly arranged on the inner surface of the insulation, so that voltages on the external insulation of the bushing are uniformly distributed. Harmful space charges generated by the direct current bushing are timely released. Compared with the conventional direct current bushing, the bushing has the advantages of short production cycle, light weight, low manufacture cost, high bending strength, safe and reliable operation, and substantially improved electrical performance.
