PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine having a plurality of reserve seedling mounting racks and a space on which working materials can be mounted, such as a seedling-taking plate for taking a fertilizer bag and seedlings, a seedling box that remains after taking the seedlings and a drinking water bottle for a worker.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine includes, on each of both sides of a driving vehicle body 2, support posts 49 for fixing a reserve seedling frame 38 having a plurality of reserve seedling mounting racks 38a, 38b and 38c to the driving vehicle body 2. From among the reserve seedling mounting racks 38a, 38b and 38c, a material mounting part S is formed on the reserve seedling mounting racks 38a and 38b arranged above the reserve seedling mounting rack 38c for mounting working materials such as fertilizer, by cutting off front and rear portions and the inner side of the machine body except a certain portion of the reserve seedling mounting racks 38a and 38b. By this, the working materials other than the seedlings can be mounted on the reserve seedling frame 38, eliminating a need to mount the working material on the driving vehicle body 2, allowing a worker to move freely on the driving vehicle body 2 and improving working efficiency compared to that of the conventional art.
