The present invention relates to a feed additive composition comprising a lactic acid bacteria complex for shrimp, comprising: a first process of inoculating a lactic acid bacteria complex with whole milk powder and manufacturing a primary culturing solution； and a second process of inoculating the primary culturing solution in an industrial culture medium and manufacturing a secondary culturing solution. According to the present invention, provided are a feed additive composition comprising a lactic acid bacteria complex as an active ingredient or a manufacturing method thereof, thereby providing a feed additive composition for enhancing the immunity of cultured fish in an effective manner.본 발명은 유산균 복합체를 함유하는 새우용 사료 첨가제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 유산균 복합체를 전지분유에 접종하여 1차 배양액을 제조하는 제1공정과, 상기 1차 배양액을 산업배지에 접종하여 2차 배양액을 제조하는 제2공정을 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 유산균 복합체를 유효성분으로 함유하는 새우용 사료첨가제 조성물 또는 이의 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 양식 새우들의 면역을 효과적으로 증진시키는 사료 첨가제 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
