Disclosed is a circuit protection structure, comprising: a printed circuit board (PCB) having a circuit unit and a grounding circuit frame enclosing the circuit unit; a conductive casing having an accommodation cavity accommodating the circuit unit; and a conductive adhesive layer disposed between the grounding circuit frame and the conductive casing to electrically connect the grounding circuit frame and the conductive casing. The circuit unit requiring protection in the present invention forms a Faraday cage structure through a combination of the conductive casing, the conductive adhesive layer and the grounding circuit frame on the PCB, thus shielding electromagnetic radiation to eliminate or reduce an interference of the electromagnetic radiation in the circuit unit, avoiding increase of product weight and volume caused by adding a shielding conductive mask, and improving a competitive advantage of the product.
