PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture and walking state estimation device capable of estimating a walking state and/or a posture more easily and accurately.SOLUTION: A posture and walking state estimation device includes detection means 10 attached to a human body, and analysis means 20 for analyzing a walking state and/or a posture based on a signal from the detection means 10. The detection means 10 includes a vertical acceleration detection part 12 for detecting the acceleration in a vertical direction of the human body, and the analysis means 20 includes a posture stability determination function 22 to determine the stability of the posture.
