PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and continuously collect individual true data by performing unconscious sensing with no awareness of a sensor.SOLUTION: A health information processing device according to an embodiment includes an accumulation part, an analysis part, and an estimation part. The accumulation part accumulates genome information being the health information of each user, and biological information and action information transmitted from a swallow-type sensor swallowed into the body of each user for a plurality of users. The analysis part analyzes the accumulated health information for the plurality of users.
