The ceiling portion of the chamber is formed with an opening. An injection pipe(502), where injection nozzles(503) are installed in a constant gap, is regularly aligned in the opening. A supply pipe connected to an ejection pipe of the high pressure pump is connected to the injection pipe. An opening/closing valve(505) is installed in the supply pipe.
