The present invention relates to an ozone generating device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an ozone generating device having a multipurpose charging capsule. Ozone is charged in a charging capsule, and is fed into a sealing vinyl pack, a container, a closet, or a boot rack. Then, ozone in the capsule is discharged for a predetermined period of time, so one ozone generating device can be applied to various fields.
