The present invention relates to an ozone sterilizer and, more specifically, to an ozone sterilizer for safely treating used ozone and for generating ozone properly in a sterilized chamber. A sterilizing chamber is arranged under a control box, and a fan is installed on one side of the bottom part of the sterilizing chamber. The fan is connected to a discharge tube and a circulation tube, and the upper end of the discharge tube is connected to an end part of the upper part of the sterilizing chamber through the circulation tube. The fan is installed at the bottom of the sterilizing chamber and connected to a neutralization device having a metal activated carbon catalyst through a connection tube. The upper end of the neutralization device is connected to the upper end of the sterilizing chamber through the connection tube. Solenoid valves are installed on the connection tube. The fan sterilizes air inside the sterilizing chamber for a set period of time, thereby obtaining a proper concentration of ozone for sterilization. Used ozone gas goes to the sterilizing chamber through the connection tube and is neutralized by being circulated for a certain period of time in the neutralizing device having a catalyst, thereby easily processing used ozone gas and facilitating the usage of the ozone sterilizer.본 발명은 오존살균장치에 관한 것으로,더욱 상세하게는 살균실내의 오존을 적정농도로 발생시키고 사용된 오존을 안전하게 처리할 수 있도록 한 오존살균장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 콘트롤박스 하부에 살균실을 형성시켜 살균실 하부 일측에 팬을 설치하여 이를 방전관과 순환관으로 연결하고 방전관 상단을 순환관으로 살균실 상부 일측과 연통되게 연결시키며, 살균실 후방 하부에 팬을 설치하여 연결관으로 금속활성탄촉매가 내장된 중화장치와 연결시키며 중화장치 상단을 연결관으로 살균실 후방 상단에 연통되게 연결하고 연결관에 각각 솔레노이드밸브를 설치하여서 된 것으로서 살균실의 공기를 설정된 시간만큼 팬으로 고전압의 방전관에 순환시켜 살균에 적정한 농도의 오존가스를 얻을 수 있으며, 사용된 오존가스는 살균실에 연결관으로 연결되어 금속활성탄촉매가 내장된 중화장치에 일정시간 순환시켜 중화시키므로서 간편하게 오존가스를 처리하므로서 오존살균장치의 사용을 편리하게 한 효과가 있는 것이다.
