The present invention provides a culture medium for cultivation of mycelial mushroom mycelia containing Rhus verniciflua extract and a method for producing the mushroom mycelia having increased ganodermanondiol content. The culture medium for cultivating mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum and the method of producing the mycelia of Ganoderma lucidum using the same according to the present invention may increase the content of ganodermanondiol, which is a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor. Therefore, the mycelial of Ganoderma lucidum can be usefully used as a method for increasing the yield of ganodermanondiol in a whitening cosmetic industry.본 발명은 옻나무 추출물을 포함하는 영지버섯 균사체 배양용 배지 및 이를 이용한 가나도마난디올 함량이 증가된 영지버섯 균사체의 제조방법을 제공한다.본 발명의 영지버섯 균사체 배양용 배지 및 이를 이용한 영지버섯 균사체의 제조방법은 멜라닌 생합성 저해제인 가나도마난디올의 함량을 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 미백 화장품 관련 산업 분야에서 영지버섯 균사체로부터 가나도마난디올의 생산량을 증가시킬 수 있는 방법으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
