The present disclosure relates to a method for administering a human growth hormone fusion protein (GX-H9) for treating growth hormone deficiency. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating growth hormone deficiency, which comprises an hGH fusion protein (GX-H9) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the fusion protein (GX-H9) is administered once a week at a dose of 0.4 to 1.6 mg per body weight kg of a pediatric patient, or administered once every two weeks at a dose of 0.8 to 3.2 mg per body weight kg of a pediatric patient.
