The present invention relates to a method of administering a human growth hormone (hGH) fused protein, GX-H9, for treating growth hormone deficiency. Specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating growth hormone deficiency comprising an hGH fused protein, GX-H9, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the fused protein (GX-H9) is administered in a dosage of 0.4 to 1.6 mg per kg of pediatric patient body weight once every week, or in a dosage of 0.8 to 3.2 mg per kg of pediatric patient body weight once every two weeks.
