PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for changing a bodily position which does not need to be laid beforehand on a mattress of a bed and can be put under the body of a patient or the like for a bodily position change of the patient or the like when diaper replacement or treatment of the patient or the like is needed, and a method for changing the bodily position.SOLUTION: An implement 1 for changing a bodily position is a belt-like sheet 2 which has no portion causing any trouble on the occasion when the implement 1 is inserted between a patient or the like and a mattress of a bed. Therefore, this implement 1 for changing a bodily position can be put easily under the body of the patient or the like who already lies on the mattress.
