The present invention relates to an apparatus to change the posture for colonoscopy examination, to facilitate posture change of a patient and continuously press the abdomen during colonoscopy examination. Since a state of raising the leg of the patient is kept in a colonoscopy examination state, an operation state of the colonoscopy examination is adjusted without interference and a state of pressing the abdomen is set in the posture raising the leg when pressing the abdomen is required in a process of carrying out the examination, so operation is conveniently performed, a correct examination is realized, and reduction of workforce needed for the colonoscopy examination can be achieved.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 대장 내시경 시술 도중 환자의 체위 변경을 용이하게 하고 지속적인 복부압박을 할 수 있도록 해주는 대장 내시경 용 체위변경장치에 관한 것으로, 환자의 허리부위에 결합되어 좌측와위자세와 누운자세를 유지하게 하는 체부 환자의 누운자세에서 양다리가 상기 체부의 상부측으로 들려지며, 각도가 조절되어 쪼그린 자세를 유지하게 하는 하지부 상기 체부 및 하지부에 연결되고, 상기 체부에서 관절회전으로 들려 올려지는 하지부의 각도가 조정되는 각도설정부재를 구비한 연결부 상기 체부의 양단에 구비된 끼움공으로 삽입되는 조임대와, 상기 조임대에서 환자의 복부를 압박하도록 가압체가 구비되는 가압부로 이루어진 것으로, 내시경 검사상태에서 환자의 다리가 들어 올려진 상태를 유지하게 되므로 내시경 조작상태를 방해 받지 않은 상태로 할 수 있고, 또 검사를 진행하는 과정에서 복부를 압박해야 할 경우 복부를 누르는 상태를 다리를 들어올린 자세에서 설정할 수 있어, 작업의 편리함과 정확한 검사가 이루어지고, 대장 검사시 필요 인력의 감소를 꾀할 수 있다.
