PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that flexibility of selecting patterns is reduced by necessity that positions of markers to be printed on a back sheet are regulated regardless of the patterns to be printed on the same back sheet and a part of a production line may be changed according to the positions of the markers to be printed on the back sheet.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 includes: a cover sheet 11； a liquid-impermeable back sheet 12 to be joined with the cover sheet 11； a liquid-permeable top sheet 14 to be joined with the back sheet 12； and an absorber 13 disposed between the back sheet 12 and the top sheet 14. The cover sheet 11 has a front body area 10F, a back body area 10R and a crotch area 10C. The back sheet 12 includes patterns A and B and markers M printed thereon, where the markers M are printed on both left/right sides of the back sheet 12.
