The coolabe drinking straw has a sleeve for receiving a suction pipe (4) and coolant (3). A cross-section of the suction pipe is designed in a close trapezoidal shape. The suction pipe is designed in a spiral, zigzag or loop form. Freezable substance such as water, special gel or oil, are used for cooling purposes. Cooling and ice formation takes place even by chemical mediums. A flat film pouch is provided with the suction pipe, and is fillable with water.
